Refund & Return Policy

Product Condition

All foosball tables sold through FoosballTables.eu are inspected for quality before shipping. Products listed as 'New' are factory-sealed, while 'Used' products are thoroughly inspected and any imperfections are noted in the product description.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unassembled and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not yet been shipped. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier after dispatch. We recommend inspecting your delivery upon receipt and noting any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Warranty

New foosball tables come with the manufacturer's warranty. Used tables are sold as-is unless otherwise specified in the product description. FoosballTables.eu facilitates warranty claims on behalf of customers for new products.
