Terms and Conditions
In force from 27 August 2026.
These terms govern the sale of goods through Tables-Soccer.com to consumers. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Trader: Tables-Soccer.com. Contact: info@tables-soccer.com, +359 887 475 679.
2. How a contract is formed
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item is unavailable or its price was shown incorrectly, we will contact you and you may cancel without obligation.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro, per unit. Delivery is not included in the item price — see section 4. Payment is by bank transfer; you will receive the transfer details and your order number, which should be quoted as the reference.
4. Delivery
Because of the size and weight of foosball tables, delivery costs are calculated individually for each order and agreed with you before dispatch. The carrier and delivery time are likewise confirmed with you. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes possession of the goods. Please check the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.
5. Your right to cancel (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, received the goods. To do so, tell us clearly at info@tables-soccer.com within that period. Return the goods no later than 14 days after telling us. The direct cost of return is yours and, for foosball tables, can be substantial given their size and weight. We will refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, and may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
6. Warranty and complaints
Goods carry the statutory guarantee of conformity — two years from delivery for consumers under Bulgarian law. Complaints go to info@tables-soccer.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
7. Liability
We do not limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death, personal injury or intent. Tables are intended to be used for their purpose and in accordance with the assembly and safety instructions we provide.
8. Disputes
Bulgarian law applies. If we cannot resolve a complaint you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This does not affect your right to go to a competent Bulgarian court.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
